You can rent office space for your company – either a one-person work room or a complex of several hundred square meters. Our operating principle is flexible, allowing you to rent a modern, comfortable office space to suit your needs at any given time.

 In addition to your own space, you will have access to our elegant common areas. Come and visit our premises! 

Flexible telecommuting work stations 

We offer individuals and companies complete work stations for telecommuting or for a short break from the busyness of the company office. Workstations can be rented on the basis of a daily, weekly or monthly fee. All of our office-hotel’s services are also available to telecommuters: Meeting facilities, postal services, copying and printing services, secretarial services... 

Included in the work station rent are the following: 

• Furniture: desk, chair, cabinet 
• Internet connection 
• Lobby services 
• The right to use the break area (free coffee/tea, daily newspapers, kitchen appliances and sets).

Lobby services

Villatehdas lobby service will receive your guests, sign for your packages, and provide advice and guidance.

Cleaning

Our own skilled personnel are responsible for the cleaning and waste management of Villatehdas' common areas. We collect paper, cardboard, electronic and hazardous waste separately. Office cleaning is an optional service.

Break area services

In our cafe, you can take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee in the company of the other entrepreneurs working at Villatehdas. You can also read the daily news. The break area has an extensive selection of newspapers and magazines available for reading. You can use the dishes and appliances in our kitchen to store and heat your packed lunch.

Security

The monthly rent includes a confidential-material obliteration service, access control and alarm systems.
