Meeting and training facilities services

Villatehdas has several elegant meeting spaces of different sizes where even large events can be organised. For your convenience, we can also handle the food service for your meeting. Acquaint yourself with our meeting and training facilities! 

Postal services 

Our collection and delivery service is available in the lobby. The morning mail is delivered to our tenants’ own indoor mail boxes. You can leave outgoing mail to us for stamping and sending out. The Villatehdas B building (stage III) has its own postal stations at both ends. The postal centre in the main building operates at customer service. We will also receive shipments requiring a signature, and will always notify the recipient in person of such shipments. 

Copying and printing services 

High-quality colour copying, network printing, scanning and fax machines are available for everyone to use with a company-specific code; charges will be according to use. Customer service staff provides assistance in the use of the machines as needed. 

Cleaning service 

A separate cleaning service can be ordered for a company space. Our cleaning person empties the waste baskets, mops the floors and cleans the level surfaces. 

Telecommunications services 

Tenants can subscribe to their own sub network from Villatehdas – this is both economical and quick. Our supervised 24/7 broadband internet connection is provided by Elisa Oyj. A separate server space is located in our main building for our customers' own central servers.

Switchboard

The Villatehdas switchboard answers calls with your company name, relays call requests and when necessary, directs your customers as agreed.

Furniture

We will rent furniture for your company space, if you wish. There are ample desks, cabinets, work chairs and screens available. All of our furniture consists of ergonomically adjustable products of Martela.

Massage

A masseur visits Villatehdas once a week. You can book an appointment for a massage at Villatehdas’ customer service.

Parking spaces

In addition to a parking permit, the rent includes a heating pole, of which a limited amount is available. The parking spaces have not been named separately.
